3. Complaint & Reprimand Procedure

4RBG runs a 3 Strike System for most scenarios. However if you feel justified you may skip a step or two, and if you do so, be prepared to explain yourself to the players in the tier above, who may ask questions.
If you manage to collate reprimands from different sources, they will indeed count for each other.
You might receive an Strike 2 warning for thieving kit, and then a Strike 1 warning for behaviour in Discord 18 days later, and these combined will still lead to Administrative Action.

Any breach of the values and standards of the unit is an automatic Strike 3 - Administrative Action.

The Policy and Crisis Planning Office S5, exists to both help deal with understanding this procedure, and for appeals towards wrongdoing.

Using this procedure in the wrong fashion, or using it to bully or single out a player without cause will lead to an automatic Strike 3 - Administrative action to come from S5, Provost Marshall directly.

Strike 1 - Notification: In order to receive strike one, you must be breaking an existing policy of 4 Rifles, this can be communicated to you verbally, written or both as the issuer sees fit.
Strike 1 will last for a period of between 1 and 14 days as determined by the severity of the breach, using the experience of the issuer and their knowledge of you.
You will be reminded of the policies existence, as well as why it is important and where you can learn more.

Strike 2 - Warning: In order to receive strike two, you must either have a strike one offence, or it can be unequivocally proven that you were aware of the policy that you are intentionally breaking. You will then receive both a verbal and written acknowledgement of this via Discord Message and a TeamSpeak interview.
Strike 2 will last for a minimum of 7 days, and has a maximum period of 30 days.

Strike 3 - Administrative action: In order to receive strike three, you must either have a strike two offense, or it can be unequivocally proven that you were aware of your actions, their consequences and are attempting to avoid them or simply don't care.
Administrative action has no minimum or maximum term.
All administrative action must be sanctioned by the relevant HQ, and approval sought first from the relevant member.

Any reprimand can be overturned after an investigation carried out by the Special Investigative Branch of S5, should that investigation not support the reprimand. It can be reduced in scope, downgraded or completely dismissed at the discretion of the Provost Marshall.
